Questions
Does time tracking work on a phone without installing an app?
Yes. Polákstav and Evidenka both run in the phone's browser. A worker opens the link, signs in and logs the hours in three taps.
What is the difference between Evidenka and a custom system?
Evidenka is a ready-made product: you have your own instance within 48 hours and pay according to the pricing at evidenka.sk. A custom system follows your own process, for when you need something Evidenka does not have.
Can I try the system first?
Yes, free for 7 days: every module, logins for the office and for people in the field, your logo and sample data from your industry. No credit card, no commitment, and the demo is ready within 48 hours.
Which companies is it for?
Companies with people in the field: construction, installation, trades and services, in Slovakia and Czechia.
Does it calculate payroll and advances?
Yes. From attendance and rates it works out who gets how much in hand, advances included, to the cent.
Can the system carry our logo and colours?
Yes. Evidenka takes your company's logo and colours. If you need your own modules or process, I build a custom system.
Does the system track location with GPS or QR codes?
Not in the Polákstav system. Workers log their own hours on the phone in three taps, and after the deadline the day locks so it can no longer change. The system does not track location and needs no QR codes or terminals. If you really need GPS, we can discuss it for a custom system.
Can the output go to our payroll accountant?
Yes. Evidenka exports to CSV and PDF and has its own login for the accountant, who can check the payroll figures on their own.
